The word “Tao” means “the way”, that of nature and the universe, or the path of reality and nature.
The Tao is also the path leading us to open our minds to learn more about the world around us, our spiritual development and ourselves.
The Taoist sages knew it was important to work all three levels of our self: body, body energetics and soul. They form to them three a scale that we can consciously climb and reach the spiritual worlds and, what is also important, go back down on earth to be there active and creative. This scale allows to the Taoists to discover the inner worlds and return to everyday life charged with this knowledge and extra energy.
Immortal Body forms itself during the exercises of Internal Alchemy, allows to create a constant link between life and the afterlife (which is also the prenatal state).
The Tao is the essence of all things, the source of all existence, but even more, it is the source even before that intervene the creative act. Its mode of expression is to be.
